Zakuro breaks one of the seals on the Seven Pillars that connect the human and spirit world and protect the town. Zakuro is taking control of Rin and using her to attack Touka's brother Kyousuke with those necromancer abilities of hers.
Rin is finally breaking free of Zakuro's control, and Hime is going to fulfill those mayor shoes of hers to protect her townspeople.
