Muskaan loses her camera and is worried about this. Meanwhile, Armaan and Riddhima decide to tell Shashank about their relationship. Kirti is angry when she catches Atul reading his letter. Will Dr.Shashank accept Armaan and Riddhima?

The OT work for the interns gets cancelled because Dr. Shashank is on leave. Subsequently, Dr. Keerthi asks Armaan to work for the rest of the hours and lets the interns go home. Later, Dr. Shashank catches Armaan sleeping during duty hours. How will he react?

Shashank talks to Armaan about a global conference. Armaan wants to tell Shashank about his relationship with Riddhima but cannot. He then leaves to Singapore for the conference. Meanwhile, Kirti is angry with her juniors.

Nikita, the new intern, gets ragged on her first day at work. Kirti finds out about this incident and asks Nikita about it. Will Nikita tell Kirti about the interns who ragged her?

Muskan and Rahul have a comical fight over the wedding photos. Riddhima makes an effort to include Nikita in the group. Nikita notices Riddhima getting a bouquet. Who has sent her the bouquet?

Nikita’s efforts in finding out who sent the bouquet to Riddhima go in vain. The interns are extremely keen to know who is sending gifts to Riddhima! Will she tell them the truth?

Riddhima is very emotional after getting a phone call from Armaan. This convinces the interns about their relationship. Meanwhile, Anjali plots to unearth the truth by following Riddhima. Will she succeed in doing so?

Riddhima’s family celebrates her birthday. Meanwhile, the interns follow Riddhima and see her dancing with Armaan. What will they do with this information?

Armaan sends roses for Riddhima and dances for her. He refuses to accept his love when asked. He meets Nikitai's college mate at the hotel. Armaan celebrates Ridhima's birthday. Armaan plans of telling Dr.Shashank about their love affair but he seems to have gone out of town for two days. Atul gets an oral examination for his teeth. Armaan calls Ridhima to meet him. She tells him that Anjali doubts their relation.

Riddhima pleads with Nikita to keep her relationship with Armaan a secret. Nikita asks Armaan to use her as a smokescreen for his relationship with Riddhima. Armaan, however, is not convinced about this idea. Meanwhile, a large number of doctors participate in a dental care programme.

Muskan tells Anjali that Armaan and Riddhima are meeting on the terrace. However, they find Armaan and Nikita instead. Nikita and Rahul save Riddhima from Anjali when Anjali tries to break Riddhima’s karva chauth fast.

Anjali warns Armaan to be careful about Riddhima’s feelings. Armaan is the one to end Riddhima’s karva chauth fast. Riddhima, meanwhile, asks Armaan not to talk about the relationship to Shashank just yet. What is her reason for not disclosing the truth?

There is a huge misunderstanding between Armaan and Riddhima. Nikita decides to step in to help resolve their conflict. Will she succeed in reuniting Armaan and Riddhima?

Kirti’s twin sister Sukirti has caused many problems in the hospital. Shubhankar scolds Kirti and she is forced to tell him the truth about her twin sister. Riddhima is angry and yells at Armaan and Anjali in the canteen.

Shashank elicits a promise from Riddhima not to discuss a missing document with anybody. Armaan is upset to find Riddhima in Shashank’s room. Meanwhile, Atul and Muskan meet Sangeet Pal Singh who asks them to document their lives. Anjali continues to torment Armaan with questions.

Riddhima convinces Armaan that she has not spoken about their relationship to Shashank. She also shocks him by stating that the hospital may be in danger of being shut down. Shashank catches Riddhima and Armaan together.

Armaan manages to extricate himself when Shashank catches him red-handed with Riddhima. Shashank also lies to Riddhima about the hospital’s problems being solved. Atul stumbles upon Shubankar hugging Kirti. Will Nikita succeed in making Anjali believe that she is in a relationship with Armaan?

Riddhima and Armaan manage to get some time together. Anjali, meanwhile, is astounded to see Armaan in Riddhima’s room. The pair tries to hide their relationship from her. Atul, meanwhile, gets a gift from an anonymous person.

Rahul is enamoured by Muskan, when she wears a sari! Armaan follows a plot and acts in a particular manner with Nikita. Shashank gets some bad news.

Riddhima is jealous when Armaan appreciates Nikita’s looks. Shashank discusses the hospital’s economic condition with Kirti. He then decides to inform the interns about Sanjivini’s future. How will the interns deal with this news?

Shashank tells the interns about the cost-cutting measures at Sanjivini. He also tells them that one intern will be leaving Sanjivini once the trustees have decided. Even as everybody is upset about this, Armaan volunteers to leave.

Shashank tells Armaan that the decision to fire an intern rests completely with the trustees. Shashank also gets the letter with the name of the intern who is going to be fired. Kirti talks to Shubhankar about this letter. Who is the intern who will be leaving Sanjivini?

Just as Shashank is getting ready with the announcement, the new head of the hospital enters. This is Abhimanyu Modi. Kirti speaks her mind about not firing any intern. At that moment Abhimanyu says that she is the one who has been fired.

Abhimanyu Modi does not give in to requests of bringing back Kirti. The doctors at Sanjivini embark on a signature campaign to bring back Kirti and Shashank. Will Abhimanyu Modi succumb to their pressure?

The doctors turn up in casual outfits for their duty because they are on a non-cooperation movement. This results in a lot of confusion. Abhimanyu mocks them for their casual outfits. The doctors then decide to craft another strategy to bring back Kirti. Will they succeed now?

The doctors start singing in the hospital premises. This infuriates Abhimanyu. He calls for a meeting and announces that even more staff will be fired. He also states that patients who have not settled bills for a long time will be sent home.

Abhimanyu asks the doctors to get their patients to pay hospital bills. The doctors are so upset by this decision that they decide to pay the bills with their own money. Meanwhile, Armaan fixes a basketball game with Abhimanyu.

Kirti joins a group of doctors who decide to serve evicted patients outside Sanjivini. This incenses Abhimanyu a lot. Will he be able to change the situation and bring the doctors back into the fold?

There is a lot of confusion at Sanjivini. Doctors steal medicines from the hospital. They also perform surgery inside the hospital without Abhimanyu’s permission. Will Abhimanyu set things right for Sanjivini, the patients and doctors?

Abhimanyu catches the doctors performing the unauthorised surgery. A confrontation with Armaan leads to Abhimanyu accepting the Kirti's return. The doctors caution Abhimanyu about future consequences. Will Abhimanyu govern Sanjivini in a better manner in future?

At the press conference, Abhimanyu changes the game in his favour and says that the bills of the patient will be cleared by the doctors, and also praises Armaan for his efforts. How will the doctors tackle this situation?

The doctors struggle to arrange the money, and seek the help of a mafia don, who confuses them for drama artistes. He threatens them to enact Sholay. The doctors try convincing the don that they are not the artistes, but he refuses to listen.

On watching the gloomy performance, the don gets furious and fires his gun in the air. He blasts the doctors for insulting the movie characters and film makers. The interns manage to escape the don’s grasp. Later, Armaan plans to take part in a motor bike race. Will he win?

Armaan meets with an accident during the race, and is rushed to the hospital. On regaining consciousness, his friends scold him for participating in the race. The doctors now decide to hold a concert to raise funds.

Armaan is disappointed when everyone pushes Abhimanyu to couple with Riddhima. Dr Shashank instructs Armaan to take care of himself. When Abhimanyu refuses to dance, Armaan challenges him and walks out of his cabin. Will Abhimanyu support the doctors’ cause?

The doctors gear up for the practice and Abhimanyu’s entry surprises everyone. He joins the performance, and makes everyone dance to his tunes. Riddhima tells Armaan that she feels awkward dancing with Abhimanyu. How will Armaan react to this?

Riddhima feels uncomfortable when Abhimanyu tries to create a chemistry with her. When Armaan interrupts the practice, Abhimanyu gets offended, and decides to quit. Meanwhile, Shubankar panics as his daughter goes missing.

Armaan apologises to Abhimanyu and convinces him to be a part of the concert. Atul is so stressed about the dance that he starts daydreaming. Later, Armaan gets tensed on seeing Riddhima and Abhimanyu dance. Will he act on it?

Armaan expresses his concern for Riddhima, while Shubankar and Nikita try expressing their feelings to each other. Later, Abhimanyu gets annoyed over Riddhima’s reaction during the dance performance. What will he do?

Rahul is upset over his dad’s illness, and Muskaan shares his pain. Armaan learns about Abhimanyu’s absence, and tries entertaining the guests with a song. The directors meanwhile, inform Riddhima that her dance performance is essential.

Armaan thanks Nikki for her support during the concert. Abhimanyu returns, and dances with Riddhima. Meanwhile, Nikki is upset on seeing Armaan and Riddhima together. On the other hand, Shubankar once again fails to express his feelings to Kirti.

The doctors are extremely happy about the success of their concert, but their joy is short-lived. Abhimanyu makes them aware that the problems still persist. Meanwhile, Muskaan is disappointed on learning that Rahul is leaving. Will she express her feelings to him now?
